How the estimate is built
Your area multiplied by the live rate for the job, a removal allowance where an old surface comes out, and 15 percent loaded on sloped or tight sites. Removal is already inside the replacement rate, and resealing carries a minimum charge so small areas price as a visit. It does not include council crossover application fees. Fixed comes only after we stand on the site, but this lands close.
