How the estimate is built
The range is our current per square metre rate for each job, multiplied by your size, plus a removal allowance where an old surface has to come out, plus 15 percent for a sloped or tight site. Removal is already inside the replacement rate, and resealing carries a minimum charge so small areas price as a visit. It does not include council crossover application fees. For a fixed price we need to see the site, but this number will be close.
